**CONTENT MODERATOR**

Job Summary:

As a Content Moderator, you will be vital in ensuring a safe and engaging online environment. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and review user-generated content across our platforms, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. If you’re detail-oriented, fair-minded, and passionate about fostering positive online interactions, we want you on our team!

Scope of Work:

• Ensure all user-generated content, including posts, comments, videos, and images, complies with company policies and guidelines.
• Review Hive's feed to monitor and assess user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Actively monitor and review user-generated content to identify and remove any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce company content policies and guidelines, including removing content, issuing warnings, and escalating serious violations to management as needed.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to address trends and emerging issues in content moderation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining training materials for new moderators.
• Stay informed about platform updates and changes to content policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of BPO Related Experience
• Previous experience in content moderation or online community management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online community standards.
