**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report them to management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide effective support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • WORK SET-UP: ONSITE
