Position Overview:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of a BPO Company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also supports the organization in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination

  • Handle employee concerns and mediate workplace issues

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards

  • Support performance reviews and training initiatives

  • Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented environment

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems

  • Willing and able to WORK ONSITE ONLY
