Position Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of a BPO Company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also supports the organization in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination
Handle employee concerns and mediate workplace issues
Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards
Support performance reviews and training initiatives
Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
Willing and able to WORK ONSITE ONLY
