HR Manager

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about people, leadership, and building a strong workplace culture, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage recruitment and hiring
✅ Lead employee engagement initiatives
✅ Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance
✅ Handle employee relations and confidential matters
✅ Support workforce planning and organizational development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or relate field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
• Willing and able to WORK ONSITE ONLY
