Job Description: Mandarin Customer Service Representative


Position Overview:
As a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to Mandarin-speaking customers. You will ensure that customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency, providing assistance across various channels while maintaining high-quality service standards. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, offering technical support, addressing billing and payment issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.




Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Handle customer inquiries related to the company's services in Mandarin.
    • Provide support for general customer service inquiries, technical issues, billing and payment inquiries, and emergency situations (escalate to appropriate departments as needed).
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in Mandarin, offering immediate solutions when possible.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
  3. Feedback Collection and Reporting:
    • Gather and document customer feedback in Mandarin to help improve service delivery.
    • Provide regular reports on performance metrics, including detailed analytics on call volumes, types of inquiries, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

      • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is required.
      • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
      • Strong communication skills, verbal, in Mandarin.
      • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
      • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
