β» Provide daily technical support
for B2B clients, addressing order-related issues, platform errors, and integration challenges
π Communicate clearly
and professionally with clients and internal teams
to resolve concerns and

all support interactions, issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions

Establish proactive communication cadences with clients to ensure quick
follow- ups and issue resolution

Requirements:
